It seems that many years ago, guitarist Todd and vocalist Kevin both had a dream of forming a new wave resurrection band. A band that played all the really cool and fun music of the 1980s. Songs that made you feel really good from an era where the music smiled, the costumes smiled and so did the performers. Trouble was, Todd and Kevin, had never met. Todd had mentioned his idea of an '80s band to his lifelong drummer friend, Bill. Bill had always said that he was interested but doubted that enough other interested musicians could be recruited for such a strange project. In fact, Todd and Bill had been laughed at numerous times regarding this idea. No one really thought it was a worthwhile endeavor. In fact, some thought it was downright silly. Todd and Bill arranged to meet with Kevin. They spoke and were mutually delighted to find out that everyone had the same direction. A bass player was recruited, Bill was appointed musical director and soon they were renting rehearsal space and learning songs. Unfortunately the bass player was not able to commit to the band and this sent the "founding fathers" back to the drawing board. A year had been wasted. But Bill knew of another bass player. That's when Kym joined the band. Kym proved to be incredibly reliable and a quick study. He even had a rehearsal space and PA system!
